Hina Khan marked her exit from Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2 a few months ago paving way for the new Komo. Aamna Sharif who has decided to break her sabbatical and get back to acting is the new Komolika in the house. Her first look from the show was recently released and it received a major thumbs up from the masses. However, comparisons were also drawn between Hina Khan and her. To this, Hina has come out say that it is not fair to pit two actresses against each other.

Hina Khan took to her Twitter handle and requested media to not compare two public figures without their consent. She has supported Aamna Sharif and said that we all should stand by her as she is trying to give a new start to her career and just to get a few social media clicks, it is not fair to compare the two. In an exclusive interview with SpotboyE, when Aamna was asked about stepping into Hina's shoes, she had said, "Unfortunately, I had not seen the show earlier but what I have gathered from everyone is that Hina's portrayal was very powerful and she made it hugely popular too." Revealing about the beginning of the shoot, she also shared that she is quite nervous. "Yes, I have started shooting and there is a lot of zest and excitement but of course there is a pinch of nervousness too. I really want my character to get due acclaim," said Aamna.
